What This Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects
• Structural failure under normal, intended use
• Defects that materially affect function

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and cosmetic imperfections
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, improper cleaning, or improper storage
• Damage caused by incompatible materials, excessive pressure, or incorrect application
• Damage resulting from accidents, fire, heat, chemicals, or environmental exposure
• Variations inherent to additive manufacturing that do not affect function

Remedies

Upon confirmed defect, Xtruder Tools AB will, at its sole discretion: repair the product, replace it with an equivalent item, or refund the purchase price. This is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Contact Xtruder Tools AB during the warranty period
2. Provide proof of purchase
3. Provide a description of the issue, with photos or videos if requested

We may require you to return the product for inspection. Shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Liability is capped at the original purchase price of the product.
• Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this warranty.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of Finland.
