Limited Warranty
Xtruder Tools AB warrants that the Xtruder™ and related accessories are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects
Structural failure under normal, intended use
Defects that materially affect function
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and cosmetic imperfections
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, improper cleaning, or improper storage
Damage caused by incompatible materials, excessive pressure, or incorrect application
Damage resulting from accidents, fire, heat, chemicals, or environmental exposure
Variations inherent to additive manufacturing that do not affect function
Remedies
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Xtruder Tools AB will, at its sole discretion:
Repair the product, or
Replace the product with an equivalent item, or
Refund the purchase price of the defective product
The remedy provided shall be the exclusive remedy available to the customer.
Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, the customer must:
Contact Xtruder Tools AB within the warranty period
Provide proof of purchase
Provide a description of the issue and supporting photos or videos if requested
Xtruder Tools AB may require the product to be returned for inspection. Shipping costs for warranty returns will be handled as required by applicable consumer law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Xtruder Tools AB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product
This warranty does not affect statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
