Xtruder Tools Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an image of your item (no image needed in case you never received your product) and a reasonable reason to refund
- Reasonable reasons to receive a refund:
- The product was broken on arrival
- The product was not the correct one ordered
- You haven’t received your product after 20 days
You don’t have to ship back the item/s
- If you get accepted for a refund, you don’t have to return your Xtruders or any other purchased item if you don’t want to. Just discard the item/s in a responsible and safe way.
- If you want to return any items, you are responsible for shipping and any extra costs for the return of the goods.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please understand we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
