Xtruder Tools Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

  • To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an image of your item (no image needed in case you never received your product) and a reasonable reason to refund

  • Reasonable reasons to receive a refund:
    • The product was broken on arrival
    • The product was not the correct one ordered
    • You haven’t received your product after 20 days

 

You don’t have to ship back the item/s

  • If you get accepted for a refund, you don’t have to return your Xtruders or any other purchased item if you don’t want to. Just discard the item/s in a responsible and safe way.
  • If you want to return any items, you are responsible for shipping and any extra costs for the return of the goods.

 

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • Please understand we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
